This Sunday--Jan. 23

We'll start in Fellowship Hall at 12:30 pm with blocking as much of Act One as we can. Then, we'll move to the Harrison Room to work on the vocals for Prepare Ye. Please let me know if you will not be there. See conflict note below and please tell your parents to read the blog also [we need help!].

Letter to Godspell Parents

Dear Godspell Parents-

The show is cast, the kids are excited and we are looking forward to a fun and rewarding experience for all.  There are many areas of this production which we will need some additional help.  

Please contact us with the area you are most interested in lending your talents and/or if you have an additional talent or special interest you would like to share.

We will need some leadership help and additional volunteers in the following areas:

-Tickets/house

-Concessions (possibly with additional St. David?s youth)

-Show program

-Publicity

-Costumes (sewing assistants needed)

In addition, we need some help with lighting and sound.  Please let us know if you or someone you know can help with lights or sound.

Great auditions!

Thank you everyone for such fantastic auditions. Godspell is going to be great! Due to some illnesses, we didn't get a chance to see everyone so casting has been delayed a bit. Please check back towards the end of the week. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the delay.

Thank you everyone for signing up for Godspell. We have a full roster for Sunday. We will do our best to keep thing moving and make it fun for everyone. If you did not sign up and would still like to audition, come by the Harrison Room and we will try to fit you in as best we can.

Audition Times for Sunday, January 9

Sign up for a specific audition time by going to our Doodle scheduler:

It's easy--just type your name in the box and check off the time period you would like to audition.

Auditions start at 12:30 in the Harrison Room. There are four half-hour sessions. 12:30-1, 1-1:30, 1:30-2 & 2-2:30. You will sign up for one of those slots and will audition for about 5 minutes sometime during your chosen period. Each session is limited to 6 auditions, so if you have a preference, sign up early!
